FAQ

Our cancellation policy is 4 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel within 4 hours, you’ll be charged a $9 late-cancel fee. If you do not show up for a class you’ve booked, you’ll be charged a $14 no-show fee.
Really want to join a class that’s already full? Add yourself to the waitlist! If space opens up, you’ll be notified up to 30 minutes before start time. If you can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others to join.
Please be respectful of your fellow barre buddies and try to arrive on time. We understand traffic and parking can sometimes get in the way, but if you’re more than 5–10 minutes late, we won’t be able to admit you to class.
